This website is operated by Top2Graphics. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Top2Graphics. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

SECTION 2 - ACCURACY OF FITMENT SELECTIONS
Our graphic kits are custom-routed and printed factory-direct based on the specific vehicle configurations selected by the user at checkout. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify their dirt bike's exact make, model, sub-model, and manufacturing year range before placing an order. Top2Graphics is not liable for customer ordering errors, and all vehicle-specific custom merchandise is non-refundable.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND SOURCING
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. To deliver maximum cost savings to the consumer, products are shipped factory-direct from our specialized international production facilities. Delivery timelines are estimates and are subject to minor international customs processing variables.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
